The Easyview® Inland panels are produced by electrical resistance welded Galvanized coated steel wires and subsequently PES coated in accordance with EN 13438.  

The vertical wires have a barb at one side of the panel.

The panels have round horizontal wires of nominal diameter 3,65 mm and 3.00mm Galvanized Vertical wires a mesh spacing of 38.1 mm width x 150 mm height. (See figure 1.)

The panel is reinforced by means of 2 or more V-shapes in the horizontal direction of the panel. (See figure 1 above)

The Easyview® panel is compatible with rectangular tube 60 x 40mm x 1.2mm Pre-galvanized and PES coated.                                                                                                                                                                                          Accessories

• Easyview Clamps – Fixators Avail in Nylon or Steel:

Easyview fixators are used to secure the Easyview® panels on the rectangular posts. Referencing to the durability/longevity on the nylon clamps, our team of Skilled Engineers and design team has ensured Accelerated weathering test methods conducted on our clamps which complies with ISO 16474-3, this is to ensure we offer our clients a product that has long Durability even with environmental effects such has strong UV rays that can cause a change in colour, cracking, corrosion and deterioration of a product.

• Post Caps:

The cap is mounted on top of the rectangular post and is made of UV resistant plastic. The plastic caps are mounted on the posts after the installation.

• Bolts, washers and nuts are made out stainless steel. M6 Button head 20mm, Hexnut for the nylon and Shear-off nut for the steel clamp all M6 304 S/S.
